Camarones rancheros: bacon-wrapped shrimp under melted cheese and Spanish sauce, with rice and beans

Bienvenidos · 428 Ash St, Walla Walla

Sabor que baila.

Bold, from-scratch Mexican cooking from the Arceo sisters, in the same building where their parents opened La Casita over 25 years ago.

La Familia

“Las Chiquillas” means the girls. As in: dad's girls.

History, tradition, family: the three words that matter most to the Arceo family from Jalisco, Mexico. More than 25 years ago, Abelardo Arceo, his wife Francisca (“Pachita”) and a few of his brothers came to the Walla Walla Valley with a hard-work ethic and big dreams, and opened La Casita right here at 428 Ash Street.

Today the torch belongs to their three daughters. Same family recipes, plenty of new dishes, and a fresh new look.

You'll feel the family in the room, the color on the walls, and the rhythm of the place. Norma's love of dance runs through all of it, right down to our logo: folklórico skirts, mid-spin.

Enjoy your time at our house.

Wonderful service! It was my daughter's 21st birthday and they did a wonderful job helping us celebrate. The food was also outstanding.
